For Sophia's 5
th birthday, she wanted a castle cake. This was a fun adventure to try to make. We started with a sheet cake from Sam's club and
purchased more icing, same color. My mom had made 2 small round cakes to place in the middle to create a multi-tiered castle.

We took sugar cones and frosted them, then added sprinkles.

Next started the fun part, assembly of the castle. Adding the turrets at different levels to build the castle. We had to make sure that we 'glued' the pieces to the cake with icing.

Sophia is pretty proud of her birthday cake.

The final touches were added by Margie. She did such a great job!!
